Che, Part I

I am recommending this movie only to people who are interested in Che Guevara and the Cuban revolution. I am no expert as to how accurate the information in the movie was, but for me it had some interesting and enlightening points. The movie is very slow and all in Spanish. As to be expected Benicio Del Toro is very good in the movie- as is the supporting cast. It's shown somewhat out of sequence and focuses on Che's life from the moment he met Fidel Castro up until almost the end of the Cuban revolution. It tries to show how he directed his troops and parts also shed light on his relationship with Castro. Don't expect a typical biopic-- and for many people the movie may be seen as boring. I liked it-- but then again, I was very interested in the topic.
