This is me being generous because I tried to watch the movie twice and each time I fell asleep. It is super indulgent when directors choose to direct at such a slow pace. It's ok for a movie to be slow, but this movie is so slow it lulls you to sleep. Also, you care little about the characters in the movie, Brad Pitt is made to look less attractive and Casey Affleck's character is annoying, creepy and unlikable. The reason the movie is worth two stars is that the cinematography is very good and the acting also seemed to be good. It could have been cut down by over an hour and maybe it wouldn't have been such a bad movie. This movie is only recommended to those who suffer from insomnia.
